CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note! Unfortunately, we do NOT accept cancellations via email.

We regret to inform you that we are forced to charge a fee for no-shows or changes if we do not receive a cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment begins.

Unfortunately, we are experiencing an increase in last-minute cancellations, and regardless of the reason, it does not justify disregarding our students’ time. When a client does not show up, our student loses valuable training time, and the appointment could have been offered to another model.

A fee of 50% of the full treatment price will be charged if a cancellation is not received 24 hours before the start of the treatment. Please note that cancellations are NOT accepted via email.

The amount must be paid IMMEDIATELY via bank transfer to: 6819 - 000 114 3806. 6819 – 000 114 3806.

In cases of repeated short-notice cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to require a deposit in advance.

Please note that you should allow extra time for a student treatment, as the process may take longer than usual and waiting time may occur. Furthermore, the school does NOT take responsibility for any damage or stains to clothing, bags, or similar items.

The terms ‘men’s haircut’ and ‘women’s haircut’ refer solely to cutting techniques and the estimated time required. You are welcome to choose the treatment that best suits your hair — regardless of gender. If, at your appointment, the selected service does not match the time needed, the price may be adjusted accordingly.
